Return & Refund Policy

In case you receive a defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order, we shall replace the product with the same product as per your original order at no extra cost. In such a case, before using the product, please get in touch with our customer service team who will support you in getting the replacement at customer service number 00971 4 272 2538 or email id support@vava-officedepot.com.

Wherever the product is not defective and the product is as per your original order, we will accept the return on case-by-case basis only.

Please notify us of receipt of a defective or unordered product within 48 hours of delivery of the product.

Product to be returned must be in the same condition as we delivered to you.

The product must be returned in its original packing as you received it.

On inspection and approval of the return, the refund will be credited back to your credit or debit card based on how you made the payment for the order within 15 working days of return. We shall not be responsible for the delay in refund due to delay in processes of banks.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Alternatively, we can offer it as credit balance for your future purchases.

The return and refund policy for our e-platforms can be amended by us, in our sole discretion depending on business policy, legal and statutory requirements.
