When we accept the order, we aim to deliver within two working days of the order or the date indicated on the order conrmation in Dubai and 3 working days in Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates. The customer has to expect delays due to unforeseen reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, transport delays, natural calamities or any other unexpected reason beyond our control.
Delivery will be done to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order.
Delivery will be made only if the payment is received through our e-platform.
Delivery will be despatched before receiving the payment if the agreed term is cash or card payment on delivery and delivery will be given to the receiver on receiving the payment. We reserve the right to take the goods back if the payment is not done at the time of delivery.
The ownership of the product purchased passes to the customer when the payment is received by us in full and the product is delivered to you/your authorised person.
Your acceptance of the product will conrm that the product is as per the order and have been received in good condition.
If you are not available at the delivery address provided, we will assume that any adult who is present at the delivery address is authorised to receive the delivery. In case nobody is available at the delivery address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time later.
