The customer can cancel an order anytime before it is dispatched. In this case, we shall cancel the order and refund the full amount (less the online transaction charges) if the order is prepaid.

The order can’t be cancelled once it is dispatched. Where the order is already dispatched, the customer can choose to return it.

In case of cancellation of order by the seller due to any unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be initiated for the prepaid orders.

If the product received by the customer is damaged, defective or not as per the product specification, the customer can claim for an exchange within 2 days of the delivery and the product will be exchanged as per the specification of the order. The product to be exchanged must be returned in the same condition with the original packing as we delivered.
